What should we remind you about?

You can change topics anytime right in the bot: use the /subs command. The bot never asks for your login or password.
When messages arrive
when the Heralds of Valor arrive in Stormwind and Orgrimmar (overnight into Wednesday), and once more 4 hours before they leave — so you have time to turn in the quests
10 minutes before Pudja the Unbothered respawns in Icecrown; if the boss is brought back ahead of schedule — right away
a few minutes before an unscheduled restart or maintenance, when the server goes down, and when it's back online. The bot doesn't notify you about the nightly scheduled restart at 04:00 MSK
the moment they start: holidays (Brewfest, Hallow's End, Feast of Winter Veil, and others), the Darkmoon Faire, weekend “Call to Arms”, fishing tournaments
Times in messages are Moscow time (MSK, UTC+3). From 00:00 to 08:00 MSK, reminders arrive silently.

Character stuck?
Fell through the textures, got stuck in a wall or on a roof? Tap “🆘 Character stuck” in the bot and choose your character. The bot will move them to your faction's capital: Stormwind for the Alliance, Orgrimmar for the Horde.
- Link your account once. The bot will send you a code — log in with any character and type
.tg 482913(your code) in chat. The bot doesn't need your login or password. - Log out to the character selection screen — only a character that isn't in the game can be moved.
- Choose the character in the bot and confirm the move. Done — log in.
You can move a character once per hour per account. A dead character will end up in the capital as a ghost — resurrect them at the Spirit Healer.
Questions
Will the bot wake me up at night?
No. From 00:00 to 08:00 MSK reminders arrive silently, and the bot doesn't message you about the nightly scheduled restart at 04:00 at all.
Do I need to enter my login or password?
No. The bot needs neither your login, nor your password, nor your email — just tap “Start”. If someone on Telegram asks for your Valor account password, they're a scammer: the administration never asks for it.
How do I change topics or unsubscribe?
The “📜 Reminders” button shows the topics — tap a topic to turn it on or off. /stop or the “Turn all off” button disables all reminders at once. You can also simply block the bot.
How many messages will I get?
Not many: two per Wednesday, one for each world boss respawn, and one to three a week about events. Restart messages come only when something doesn't go according to schedule.
How do I get a stuck character out?
Use the “🆘 Character stuck” button in the bot: link your account once with the .tg command and the code from the bot, log out of the game, and choose the character — the bot will move them to Stormwind or Orgrimmar. No more than once per hour per account.
Can I see what's coming up next?
Yes: the “📅 Coming up” button shows when Wednesday Quests start, when the world boss returns, when the scheduled restart is, which events are on now, and which are starting soon.
