Heroes of Azeroth! A big launcher update — the file verification system has been reworked, an events panel has been added and the interface has been improved.
🎮 Events panel
The launcher now has an "Events" block with up-to-date information straight from the server:
🔹 Active battleground bonus (Call to Arms) with a timer
🔹 World boss status — alive or on respawn
🔹 Active in-game holidays
🔹 Nearest upcoming events
🛡 Full file integrity check
The launcher now verifies the MD5 hash of every client file without exception. Previously large files were only checked by size — now even the smallest changes in the patches will be detected and the file will be re-downloaded.
🧹 Automatic cleanup of extra files
The launcher automatically deletes files in the Data folder that are not in the server manifest. Third-party or outdated patches can no longer break the game.
