We are starting large-scale maintenance to move the server onto an updated, more stable server core. The work will take approximately 1–2 days.
🚀 What the new core will bring:
🔹 Higher stability — hundreds of bugs that could cause crashes, freezes and desync have been fixed. The server will run more reliably and more predictably.
🔹 Up-to-date Blizzlike fixes — dozens of fixes to game mechanics: correct NPC and object spawns based on real data, quest conditions working properly, updated vendor tables. The gameplay will get even closer to the original.
🔹 Improved PvP — critical bugs in summoning mechanics, faction behaviour in combat and in the arena have been fixed. Fights will be fairer.
🔹 Updated bot AI — companion bots will receive updated artificial intelligence with improved combat logic and smarter behaviour in PvP and PvE.
🔹 Database optimization — new indexes and query optimizations reduce the load on the server, which means fewer lags and smoother gameplay.
🔹 A foundation for future updates — a clean and up-to-date code base will let us roll out new content and features faster.
📌 Important:
— All your characters, items, progress and achievements will be fully preserved
— All custom Valor systems (VIP, guilds, races, shop, transmogrification) will be migrated
— After the work is finished, a client update through the launcher may be required
