What Is Mythic+
Mythic+ is a dungeon mode with scaling difficulty. A level N Mythic Keystone starts a dungeon where monster health and damage are boosted to match the keystone level, affixes are active and a timer is running. Before the final boss there is a “kill gate”: the boss only becomes available once the group has killed the required number of enemies.
A successful run earns you a higher-level keystone, Mythic loot from the chest and rating on the seasonal leaderboard. The mode launched on Valor on July 11, 2026.

Where to Get a Keystone
From the Stormcaller NPC at the entrance inside every Mythic dungeon: “Bag with a Random Level 1 Mythic Keystone” for 2,500 gold.
A keystone bag has a chance to drop from the final bosses of the Heroic versions of these dungeons.
Completing a run within the timer gets you a bag with a higher-level keystone.

Injured players take increasing damage over time until they are healed.

Bosses enrage at 30% health: +75% damage for the rest of the fight.
Enemies pay far less attention to threat generated by tanks.
Vines periodically appear that entangle and slow players.
When enemies die, they apply “Burst”: after 4 seconds it deals 3500 Shadow damage per stack.
Rewards
End-of-run chest — 2 Mythic items. These are special versions of dungeon items with their own models, and their item level rises with the keystone. At keystones 22–25 they are on par with loot from the top raids.

Available in all 15 dungeons.
Rating and Leaderboard
Every successful run awards rating: the higher the keystone, the faster the time and the fewer the deaths, the more you get. Failing or abandoning a run costs you rating.
- Your rating and run history are in the “Dungeon Finder → Mythic” window.
- You can check other players' rating by inspecting them.
- Seasonal rewards for rating thresholds: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000. What exactly they give is to be confirmed.
- There is a rating rewards vendor — his stock will keep growing.
FAQ
I have a keystone, but the Stormcaller says “no keystone”?
A keystone is tied to a specific dungeon — check the item tooltip: you may be in the wrong dungeon.
I died during a run — what do I lose?
Deaths don't stop the run, but they cost time and count against your rating.
I bought a bag and it's empty?
Update the game client through the launcher and clear the Cache folder.
Can I do it solo?
Yes, monster strength scales with the number of players. But keep the item level requirement in mind.
When do affixes change?
Every day. The reset time is shown in the server info and by the Stormcaller.
